AFTER!: We put in new flooring, baseboards, light fixture, and painted.
We also put in a new white air grate, I just haven't taken pictures since we did that.
Lots of storage with the vanity, cupboard above the toilet, and medicine cabinet.
Inside look at the shower (note: Maintenance is re-tiling in a few weeks, and possibly replacing the entire shower. They'll know once they get started.). It's fine tile, just a neutral white.
